The Rings are Starting to Take Shape

Quick DWR Progress Report: I'm approaching the century mark on creating the 322 arcs that will (eventually) create the rings for the Double Wedding Ring quilt.

I just discovered that the recipient of this quilt has indeed visited this blog, which is an especially good thing because the primary reason I created it was to show her the progress as it takes shape. (You see, we're 2,000 miles apart!). Her I.D. is "DivineDesigner". You're welcome anytime, DD!

I'm trading my sewing machine for a paint roller this three-day weekend. It's a "DIY" house project this weekend. I'm sure I'll find time to do a little quilting, though. Hope so, anyway.
